Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the general principles applicable to payments for services, educational programs, workshops, and other paid offerings provided by Men's Therapy Center (“Men's Therapy Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. General Policy

Because healthcare and therapy services may involve time reserved with licensed professionals, fees for completed services are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided under applicable service terms.

2. Therapy Services

Fees for therapy sessions that have already occurred are generally not refundable. Specific cancellation and payment rules may be governed by the applicable provider or client agreement.

3. Cancellations

Clients should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellation or missed appointment policies may apply depending on the provider and applicable agreement.

4. Missed Appointments

A missed appointment may be subject to applicable cancellation or no-show fees. Any such fees should be disclosed to the client before they become applicable.

5. Prepaid Services

If services are prepaid, refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, whether services have been performed, applicable cancellation terms, and applicable law.

6. Educational Programs and Workshops

If Men's Therapy Center offers paid workshops, courses, educational programs, or digital products, the specific refund terms for that product will be displayed at the time of purchase.

7. Digital Content

Digital educational materials that have been delivered or accessed may be subject to different refund rules depending on the applicable product terms and law.

8. Insurance Reimbursement

Men's Therapy Center cannot guarantee that an insurance company will reimburse a client. Insurance reimbursement decisions are made by the applicable insurer according to the client's plan. A lack of insurance reimbursement does not automatically create a right to a refund.

9. Service Satisfaction

Mental-health treatment is individualized and outcomes vary. A client not experiencing a desired clinical outcome does not automatically create a right to a refund for professional services already provided.

10. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests should be submitted to:

Include: name, service, date of purchase or appointment, amount paid, reason for request, and supporting information where appropriate. Do not include unnecessary sensitive medical information in a refund request.

11. Refund Review

Refund requests will be reviewed based on applicable service terms, payment records, cancellation timing, services already performed, applicable law, and relevant circumstances.

12. Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

13. Legally Required Refunds

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
