Simple Process

Getting started is straightforward.

No complicated intake forms. No long waitlists. A clear process from first contact to your first session — typically within 7 business days.

The five steps to getting started

01

Reach Out

Contact us by phone, email, or through the website. Schedule a free 15-minute care coordinator call — no commitment required.

This first step is simple. You don't need to have everything figured out. Just reach out and we'll take it from there.

02

Tell Us What You're Looking For

Share your goals, questions, and preferences with our Licensed Care Coordinator. This is a practical conversation — not therapy.

The coordinator will ask about what brings you in, what kind of support you're looking for, and answer any questions you have about the process, insurance, or fees.

03

Get Matched With a Therapist

Based on your needs and preferences, the care coordinator identifies a therapist whose background and approach may be a good fit.

You can also request a specific therapist if you have a preference. Matching is individualized — not algorithmic.

04

Begin Therapy

Start your first secure, confidential online session. Most clients begin within 7 business days of their initial contact.

Sessions are conducted via secure video. You'll need a private space and a reliable internet connection.

05

Work Toward Your Goals

You and your therapist work together at your pace, focusing on the outcomes that matter to you.

Progress varies by individual. Your therapist will work collaboratively with you to define and pursue meaningful treatment goals.

Yes. If you have a preference based on the therapist profiles, you can let the care coordinator know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

That's a common feeling, and it's perfectly okay. The free care coordinator call is a low-pressure way to get information and explore whether therapy might be helpful for you — no commitment required.

We support out-of-network PPO insurance and can assist with paperwork. Insurance coverage varies by plan and provider. Our care coordinator can help you understand your potential eligibility. We cannot guarantee reimbursement.
